How do I get files from my phone app to the PLAUD WEB?

To access your files via PLAUD WEB, please make sure the "Private Cloud Sync" is enabled.
Once you activate the Private Cloud Sync in the PLAUD App, you can log into the PLAUD WEB using the same credentials you use for the App. Then, your files will show up on the PLAUD WEB.
 
Here are the steps to enable "Private Cloud Sync":
  1. Go to the "Me" page on the App.
  2. Click "Private Cloud Sync" to turn on Private Cloud Sync.
