Symptoms
- Files appear in the Plaud App on your phone but do not show up on the Plaud Web page. This usually happens when you sign in with different credentials or have not enabled Private Cloud Sync in the App.
Steps

Log in with the same credentials
Sign in to Plaud Web with the same credentials you use for the Plaud App.

Enable Private Cloud Sync in the App
Make sure Private Cloud Sync is enabled in the Plaud App.
If the issue persists
If you signed in with the same credentials and Private Cloud Sync is enabled but your files still do not appear, submit a request and include the following so our support team can investigate:
- The account credentials used in both the Plaud App and Plaud Web
- Confirmation that Private Cloud Sync is enabled in the App
- The names of files that appear in the App but not on Plaud Web
