If the files are present on the PLAUD App on your phone, but they don't show up on the PLAUD WEB page, please check the two steps below:

Please log into PLAUD WEB with the same credentials you used for the app.

Please ensure you have enabled "PLAUD PRIVATE CLOUD" on the App. To turn on the "PLAUD PRIVATE CLOUD", you can refer to PLAUD CLOUD.
