How can I find the serial number after throwing the box?

If you have thrown the box, here are other ways to find the serial number for your device:

Open the PLAUD app and go to the "My PLAUD Device" page. The SN is displayed on this page.

Plug your PLAUD NOTE into your PC, and you will see a "MODEL" text document. The serial number is listed in this document.

Note: NotePin doesn't support access via a PC.

For NotePin, the serial number can be found directly on the device. Please take the magnetic pin off the NotePin, and you will see the serial number.
