Symptoms
- Plaud NotePin stops charging, or the charging light does not appear when the device is in the dock.
Steps
- Make sure you are using a power adapter that says "DC-5V" and outputs at least 0.5A. If not, try a different one.
- Try another Type-C cable.
- Make sure you have removed the magnetic pin from the device before placing it in the charging dock.
- Check whether the pin of the charging dock is collapsed and whether the charging port of the device is dirty. If the charging port is dirty, clean it and try again.
- Charge the device, then long-press the record button for 12 seconds to reset it.
