If your NotePin stops charging, please try the steps below:

Make sure you're using a power adapter that says "DC-5V" and outputs at least 0.5A. If not, try a different one.

Try another Type-C cable.

Make sure you have taken the magnetic pin off the device and then put it into the charging dock.

Check whether the pin of the charging dock is collapsed and whether the charging port of the device is dirty. If the charging port is dirty, please clean it and try again.
- Please charge the device and long-press the record button for 12 seconds.
