Symptoms
- Plaud NotePin does not turn on, or the device appears dead.
Steps
- Charge the device for at least 20 minutes, then check whether it turns on. If it does, the device was out of charge. Charge it until the indicator light turns green.
- If the device does not turn on while charging, switch to another Type-C cable and make sure you are using a power adapter that says "DC-5V" and outputs at least 0.5A. If not, try a different one.
- Check whether the pin of the charging dock is collapsed and whether the charging port of the device is dirty. If the charging port is dirty, clean it and try again.
- Charge the device, then long-press the record button for 12 seconds to reset it.
