If your NotePin doesn't turn on or is dead, you can check the steps below:

Charge the device for 20 minutes at least to check whether the device turns on. If yes, the device was out of charge. Please charge it until the indicator light turns green.

If the device doesn't turn on when charging, please change to another Type-C cable and make sure you're using a power adapter that says "DC-5V" and outputs at least 0.5A. If not, try a different one.

Check whether the pin of the charging dock is collapsed and whether the charging port of the device is dirty. If the charging port is dirty, please clean it and try again.
- Please charge the device and long-press the record button for 12 seconds.
