1. For first-time connection:
- Check Battery: Ensure the recorder has sufficient battery. Charge it for at least 20 minutes if needed.
- Enable Permissions:
iOS: Go to your iPhone's Settings, find the "PLAUD" app, and ensure Bluetooth permissions are enabled.
Android: Open your phone's Settings and enable both Bluetooth and location permissions for the PLAUD App. Before Android 12, the Location service must be enabled for Bluetooth scanning.
- Reconnection Attempt: Try reconnecting to the app.
2. For reconnection:
- Restart your phone: A quick phone restart can often fix connection issues.
- Turn on Bluetooth: Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is on, and keep PLAUD NotePin close to your phone.
