A log file captures diagnostic data from the Plaud App. The support team uses it to investigate technical issues specific to your device.
What is a log file?
A log file is a file the Plaud App generates automatically in the background. It records technical activity such as error events, sync operations, and system behavior. When you contact support about a technical issue, the team may ask you to share your log file so they can identify the root cause.
