If the PLAUD NOTE's indicator light does not turn on while activating or charging, the device may be frozen or completely dead.
To troubleshoot this problem, please check the steps below:

Switch to a different power adapter that specifies "DC-5V" and has an output of at least 0.5A.

Ensure you are using the original charging cable and charge the PLAUD NOTE without the MagSafe case to see whether the indicator light turns on.

Make sure there is good contact between the PLAUD NOTE and the charging cable.

Check the charging port of the PLAUD NOTE for any dirt and clean it with a dry paper towel if necessary.

While charging, press and hold the Record button on the PLAUD NOTE for 15 seconds to reset the device.
