Symptoms
- Plaud NotePin does not respond to presses.
- The indicator light stays off when charging or when you try to turn the device on.
Steps
- Switch to another Type-C cable and a power adapter that says "DC-5V" and outputs at least 0.5A.
- Check whether the pin of the charging dock is collapsed and whether the charging port of the device is dirty. If the charging port is dirty, clean it and try again.
- Charge the device, then long-press the record button for 12 seconds to reset it.

If the device is still frozen or unresponsive, submit a request for further assistance.
