If the NotePin does not respond or the indicator light is off when charging or activating, please follow the steps below to check if it works:

Switch to another Type-C cable and a power adapter that says "DC-5V" and has an output of at least 0.5A.

Check whether the pin of the charging dock is collapsed and whether the charging port of the device is dirty. If the charging port is dirty, please clean it and try again.
- Please charge the device and long-press the record button for 12 seconds.
