Symptoms
- Your recordings include background noise that makes speech harder to hear.
- The noise is more noticeable during calls or in busy environments.
Steps
- Update the Plaud App. Make sure you're running the latest app version.
- Avoid handling the device during calls. For Plaud Note phone call recording, don't drag or tap the Plaud Note while a call is in progress.
- Raise AI Speech Enhancement. Set AI Speech Enhancement to Medium or High, then play the recording back to check again.
If the issue persists
Submit a request and include:
- A short, non-sensitive audio sample that shows the noise.
- Your device model and the recording scenario, such as a phone call or in-person meeting.
