If you cannot hear the other speaker's voice in a phone call recording, please check the points below:

Please make sure you enable Phone Call recording mode before recording.
- When recording a phone call, the PLAUD NOTE needs to be attached to the back of your phone.
Please refrain from dragging or tapping the PLAUD NOTE during the call to prevent noise.

Wearing earbuds or headphones, such as AirPods, is not supported when recording a phone call because the vibration conduction sensor of the PLAUD NOTE needs to pick up sound directly from the phone's speaker itself.

You can adjust the V.C.S Gain to Medium or High before the next phone call recording to see whether it improves. To adjust the V.C.S Gain, you can refer to How to adjust V.C.S Gain.
