Symptoms
- Private Cloud Sync is On, but your files still do not appear on Plaud Web. This usually happens when you are signed in to a different account than the one used in the Plaud App.
Steps

Log in with the same account
On the web, go to https://web.plaud.ai/ and sign in with the same Plaud account you use in the Plaud App.
If the issue persists
If you are signed in to the same account and your files still do not appear, submit a request and include the following so our support team can investigate:
- The account email used in both the Plaud App and Plaud Web
- Confirmation that Private Cloud Sync is On in the Plaud App
- The names of files that appear in the App but not on Plaud Web
