Symptoms
- Your Plaud NotePin does not respond when you press the pressure-sensitive record button.
- No vibration or indicator light appears when you long-press the center of the device.
Steps
- Charge the device and confirm it has enough battery. A steady purple light means the device is charging, and a solid green light means it is fully charged.
- Update the Plaud NotePin firmware to the latest version. For instructions, see How do I update the firmware for my device?
- While the device is charging, long-press the record button for 12 seconds to reset it.
