The problem is related to the device's record button. To solve this kind of issue, please check the steps below:
1. Ensure that the NotePin has sufficient battery and is charging properly. When it's charging, a steady purple light will indicate that it's in the charging process. Once fully charged, the light will turn solid green.
2. If the charging is functioning normally, please update the firmware of the NotePin to the latest version. You can refer to How to perform a firmware update for my PLAUD device?
3. Long-press the record button for 12 seconds while charging.
