Symptoms
- Your Plaud device loses battery quickly while idle.
- The standby time is shorter than you expect between charges.
Steps
- Fully charge the device. After it reaches a full charge, keep it on the charger for another 15 minutes.
- Reset your device. Reset your Plaud device to clear any temporary issue.
- Leave the device idle. Set the device aside without using it and track how long the battery lasts.
Note: Cold weather affects battery performance and can cause rapid discharge. Run this test at roughly 25°C to 35°C for accurate results.
If the issue persists
Submit a request and include:
- Your device model.
- How long the battery lasted in standby during the test.
- The temperature where you ran the test.
