It mainly depends on the platform where you switch to your membership. Here are the details:

iOS: Upon upgrading, days remaining in the Pro Plan will be automatically prorated and refunded.

Android: Upon upgrading, days remaining in the Pro Plan will be automatically prorated and added to your Unlimited Plan.

PLAUD WEB: Upon switching to the Unlimited Plan, your memberships will stack. Both the Pro Plan and Unlimited Plan fees will be deducted on the next billing date. To cancel your Pro Plan, you can find the cancellation option in your subscription confirmation email.
Note: Currently, we only support switching subscriptions within the same platform. That is, iOS subscriptions can only be switched within iOS. The same applies to Android and the WEB. If you wish to switch subscriptions across different platforms, you need to first cancel your subscription on the original platform.
