Symptoms
- Your subscription attempt through Stripe didn't complete.
- The payment stopped because it required additional verification.
Steps
- Open Plaud Web. Go to https://web.plaud.ai/ directly.
- Open your Membership profile. Click your Membership profile.
- Select your plan again. Choose the Membership you tried to subscribe to before and complete the payment.
If the issue persists
Submit a request and include:
- The membership plan you're trying to subscribe to.
- The error message you saw during payment.
- The payment method you used.
