Symptoms
Your laptop doesn't recognize Plaud Note when you connect it.
Steps
- Make sure Access via USB is enabled in the Plaud App.
- Use the original charging cable.
- If possible, connect the device to another laptop to see whether it is recognized.
If the issue persists
If the laptop still doesn't recognize the device, submit a request for further assistance.
Note: For data compliance, the Access via USB and RAW files features are disabled on firmware version V2.1 and later to better protect your recording data. You can still transfer files to the Plaud App and access them there. This reduces the risk of data leakage and unauthorized access.
