Symptoms
- You cannot log into Plaud Web, often because you opened the wrong address or used a different login method than the one set up in the Plaud App.
Steps

Use the correct Plaud Web address
Go to https://web.plaud.ai/. Some users accidentally open the official website instead: https://www.plaud.ai/.

Use the same login method and account
Sign in with the same login method (email or SSO) and account that you use in the Plaud App.
If the issue persists
If you still cannot log in after confirming the address and login method, submit a request and include the following so our support team can investigate:
- The email address or SSO provider you use to sign in
- The exact web address you opened and any error message shown
- A screenshot of the login screen and the issue you see
