Symptoms
- When you record an online meeting in Plaud Desktop, you can't hear other participants in the playback.
- The recording captures only your own voice, not the other speakers.
Steps
- Set Teams to use Computer Audio. In your Microsoft Teams audio settings, select Computer Audio as the default speaker so the meeting plays through your computer's speakers.
- Confirm Plaud Desktop is recording. Check that Plaud Desktop shows the green recording indicator before the meeting starts.
- Run a short test recording. Record a brief test and play it back to confirm both your voice and the other speakers come through clearly.
If the issue persists
Submit a request and include:
- Your operating system and Plaud Desktop version.
- The meeting app you're recording from, such as Microsoft Teams.
- A short sample recording that shows the problem.
