What is worry-free purchase protection?
The Worry-Free Purchase protection, powered by Seel, is an optional add-on protection that can be selected during the checkout process to cover in-transit issues like theft, loss, or damaged packages. If you do not wish to buy this protection coverage, simply remove it from your cart.
Cancelling and refunding purchase protection
If you no longer require Seel Worry-Free Purchase protection, you can cancel in the following ways and receive a refund:
1. Within 24 hours, you can simply click the cancel link in the Worry-Free Purchase confirmation email.
2. If the order is older than 24 hours, please contact us at support@plaud.ai for further assistance.
What if my packages are lost, damaged, or delayed?

The products are unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc., but do not cover cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.), manufacturing damage to component parts or defects, packaging errors, or unsealed items.

Not delivered after 10 days following order fulfillment (30 days for international shipping). |
Cannot be reported sooner than 30 days from the date it was shipped, for domestic shipments (and 60 days for international shipments).

Where to apply for the claim?
If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase protection with your order, then Seel will send you a
confirmation of your Worry-Free Purchase via email. This email contains your policy ID and the covered items.

Payout options
Seel supports payout in one of the following four options:
1. PayPal: Supports multi-currency transfers. Funds arrive instantly once the claim is approved.
2. Venmo: Supports US dollar transfers, and funds arrive instantly once the claim is approved.
3. Direct deposit: Supports US dollar transfers via a US bank account ACH transfer, takes 1-3 business days to arrive. This option is only available for transactions in the US dollar.
