What plans does Plaud offer?
Plaud offers four plans:
- Starter: Free with every activated Plaud account. Includes 300 transcription minutes per month and full access to Plaud Intelligence features. No subscription required.
- Pro: 1,200 transcription minutes (20 hours) per month. For professionals with regular meeting and call volume throughout the week.
- Unlimited: Up to 24 hours of transcription per day. For high-volume users whose work depends on frequent recordings, such as doctors, lawyers, journalists, and sales professionals.
- Team: A per-seat plan for organizations. Includes centralized admin management, a shared team workspace, and up to 24 hours of daily transcription per seat.
What's included in each plan?
All paid plans include the full Plaud Intelligence feature set:
- AI transcription in 112+ languages with speaker identification
- Multidimensional summaries and 10,000+ professional templates
- Ask Plaud: search across all your recordings in natural language
- AutoFlow: automated follow-ups, action items, and exports
- Latest AI models, updated as new models release
- Private Cloud Sync across Plaud App, Plaud Web, and Plaud Desktop
The only difference between Pro and Unlimited is transcription capacity. If your monthly recording volume regularly exceeds 20 hours, Unlimited is the more cost-effective choice.

Do unused transcription minutes carry over?
No. Transcription minutes reset at the start of each billing month and unused minutes don't carry over. All plans share the same 24 hr/day transcription cap. Monthly transcription minutes vary by plan: 300 min on Starter and 1,200 min on Pro.
If you regularly run out before the month ends, you can upgrade your plan or purchase a one-time Extra Minutes top-up in 600, 3,000, or 6,000-minute packages without changing your current plan.
