Symptoms
- Plaud Note Pro does not power on.
- The screen stays blank when you press the Record button.
- The device does not respond when connected to the charging cable.
Steps to try
- Charge the device for 10 minutes, then check whether it turns on.
- Check whether the four pins on the charging cable have collapsed.
- Make sure you are using the original charging cable and that it makes good contact. You can clean the contacts if needed.
- Press and hold the Record button for 12 seconds to restart the device, with the charging cable disconnected. A power-on logo appears on the screen and the Record button vibrates briefly, which means the device has restarted.
