Your Plaud NotePin's serial number (SN) is on the box label, the back of the device, and in the Plaud App's device settings. You'll need it for warranty and support requests — here's where to look:
- Check the box the recorder arrived in. The SN is printed on a label.
- Open the Plaud App, connect your device, and go to the device settings page. The SN is displayed there.
- Check the back of the device.
