Use Find and replace in Plaud Web to update words across a transcript or summary.

What is Find and replace?

Find and replace lets you search for a word or phrase in a transcript or summary and swap it for another, either one instance at a time or all at once.

How to use Find and replace?

1. Navigate to the transcript or summary page you wish to edit.
2. Click the "Find & replace" icon in the top-right corner of the page.
3. Enter the word or phrase you want to change in the "Find" field and the new word or phrase in the "Replace with" field.
4. Click Replace, or Replace All to update every instance.
