Description
When I click web.plaud.ai to access the Plaud usage page on the web side, I find that the page suddenly jumps to www.plaud.ai, instead of web.plaud.ai.
Explanation
A common cause is that the browser keeps an outdated redirect record, which causes a short access exception. This issue is only related to the local cache, not account privileges or business data.
Solution
Please clear your browser's cache as follows (prioritize clearing data from this site only), then revisit https://web.plaud.ai and log in.

To clear the plaud.ai site data:

Open Chrome and go to: Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete browsing data → Basic → Check cached images and files → delete data
- Close all tabs of the browser and reopen it, then visit web.plaud.ai again.

To clear plaud.ai site data
- Open Edge and go to: Settings → Privacy, Search and Services → Site permissions → View all site permissions (or Cookies and site data → View all cookies and site data).
- Search for plaud.ai and delete all entries related to plaud.ai / web.plaud.ai / www.plaud.ai.
- Close and reopen your browser, then visit web.plaud.ai again.

To clear plaud.ai site data
- Open Safari, Safari menu → Settings → Privacy → Manage site data....
- In the Search box, type plaud.ai, select the relevant entries (including web.plaud.ai and www.plaud.ai), and click Remove or Remove All.
- Close the Settings window, exit and restart Safari before visiting web.plaud.ai.
