There are mainly two situations. Please take the test according to your actual situation and see whether the problem still occurs.
Short standby time
Description: I used it once on Monday. Then, I didn't use the Plaud device for two days, and when I connected to use it on the third day, I found the battery was empty.
Test:
- Charge the device 100% (after the LED turns green, continue to charge for 15 minutes).
- While charging, long-press the record button for 15 seconds to reset the device. When the indicator light is off, the reset is successful.
- Then, don't use it to see how long it will last out of battery.
Short recording hours
Description: I bought the Plaud Note, charged it to 100% and today I made some recording and my Plaud Note is almost off (charge is required). The main problem was that the total recording was less than 10 hours.
Test:
- Charge the device 100% (after the LED turns green, continue to charge for 15 minutes).
- While charging, long-press the record button for 15 seconds to reset the device. When the indicator light is off, the reset is successful.
- Make it start recording continuously until it runs out of battery and shuts down. Then, recharge it and reconnect it to the app to transfer the recording to see how many hours the recording lasts.
