AutoFlow automatically generates transcripts and summaries whenever you sync or upload a recording, with optional email delivery when results are ready. On Plaud Web, you can view your active AutoFlows. To create or edit AutoFlows, use Plaud App.
What is AutoFlow?
AutoFlow is an automation feature that monitors incoming recordings and, when a recording meets your trigger conditions, automatically starts transcription and summarization. You can create multiple AutoFlows for different scenarios in Plaud App, such as one for meetings and another for lectures.
View AutoFlows on Plaud Web
- Open Plaud Web and click Explore in the left sidebar
- Click AutoFlow
Your AutoFlows are listed in priority order. Only the first AutoFlow whose conditions match a recording will run—later ones are skipped.
How to create or edit AutoFlows?
AutoFlow setup and editing is only available in Plaud App. Open Plaud App, tap AutoFlow in the Explore tab, and tap the + icon to create a new AutoFlow.
FAQ about AutoFlow
Why can I only view AutoFlows on Plaud Web?
AutoFlow creation and editing requires access to your device settings and recording sources, which are managed through Plaud App. Plaud Web shows your existing AutoFlows for reference.
Can I have more than one AutoFlow?
Yes. Create multiple AutoFlows in Plaud App for different scenarios—for example, one for meetings and another for lectures. They run in list order, and only the first matching AutoFlow runs for any given recording.
Why didn't my AutoFlow run?
Recordings must have more than 200 words of spoken content to trigger AutoFlow. If you used a keyword trigger, the keyword must appear within the first 60 seconds. Also check that no earlier AutoFlow in the list matched first.
Does AutoFlow use my transcription minutes?
Yes. AutoFlow-triggered transcriptions count toward your plan's transcription allowance the same as manually triggered ones.
