Plaud NotePin cannot connect to two smartphones at the same time. Once it is connected to one smartphone, it is no longer searchable or connectable from other smartphones.
You can still share the device in one of these ways:
- Same account: Log in to the other person's smartphone using the same account.
- Different account: First unpair the NotePin from your current account, then pair it with the new account.
