Symptoms

Steps
First, identify the likely cause, then apply the matching fix:
- iPhone Bluetooth has been turned off for a long time. Fix: reset Find My in the Plaud App.
- Plaud NotePin has been away from your iPhone for a long time. Fix: reset Find My in the Plaud App.
- You signed in to a different Apple ID on your iPhone. Fix: sign back in with the original Apple ID used to bind NotePin, then bind the device again.
- You unbound the device from Find My while offline. Fix: rebind the device in the Find My app.
How to reset Find My in the Plaud App
- Open Device settings.
- Tap Find My.
- Long-press the Find My icon for 10 seconds, then tap Confirm to reset.
