If the volume of the audio is low, please check the steps below:
- Check whether the problem persists even though you stay close to the Plaud NotePin during recording.
- Please turn on Clarify voice under AI Speech Enhancement.
- Turn up the Microphone gain (to 28 or higher) in device settings and try another recording.
