Can I access Plaud NotePin S recordings by connecting to a PC via USB?

Short answer

No. Plaud NotePin S doesn't support accessing recordings by connecting to a PC with a USB cable.

Supported ways to access files

Option A: Plaud App

Requirements: You are signed into the Plaud App and the device/recordings have been synced.

1. Open the Plaud App and sign in.
2. Ensure the device is connected (or that recordings have synced to your account).
3. Go to your All files list and open the target recording.

Checkpoint: The recording is visible in the files list and plays back successfully.

Option B: Plaud Web

Requirements: Same account as the app; internet access.

1. Open Plaud Web and sign in using the same account as the Plaud App.
2. Navigate to your All files page and open the target recording.

Checkpoint: The recording appears in Plaud Web under the correct account and can be opened/downloaded.
