If you can't see NotePin S in the Add Device list, it's usually due to your app version.
What's happening?
- New users who downloaded the app after January 6, 2026: You should see the NotePin S pairing option automatically.
- Existing app users: If your app isn't set to update automatically, you may still be on an older version, so NotePin S won't appear until you update.
- Sales region: NotePin S is not released in your region yet. You will see the NotePin S in the add device list with the latest version app once it is released in your region. Please visit www.plaud.ai to check the release information for your region.
How to fix it
1) Update the Plaud app (recommended)
Please update the app to the latest version from the App Store / Google Play.
After updating, go to Add Device again and you should see NotePin S.
2) Reveal the NotePin S option (for older app versions)
If you need to bind a NotePin S and don't see it in the list, you can open the hidden entry:
- Go to Add Device / Bind Device page.
- Keep tapping Select a Plaud device at the very top of the screen for a few seconds.
- The NotePin S binding page will appear.
