View your account details or sign out of Plaud Desktop.

What do the Account settings do?

The Account area in Plaud Desktop lets you open Account & profile to view your account details on Plaud Web, or sign out of Plaud Desktop on this computer.

How to view account details or sign out?

1. Open Preferences using either of these methods:
   • From the widget: right-click the widget, then click Settings.

     

   • From the main Plaud Desktop window: open Preferences from the app menu.

     

2. Click your account name or icon at the bottom-left of the Preferences window.

   

3. Choose Account & profile or Sign out:
   • Account & profile: opens Plaud Web in your browser so you can view your account details.
   • Sign out: signs you out of Plaud Desktop on this computer. You will need to sign in again to access your recordings and settings.

FAQ about Account settings

What happens after I choose each option?

If you select Account & profile, your browser opens Plaud Web. If you select Sign out, Plaud Desktop returns to the sign-in screen.
