Where to set it
In Plaud Web/Mobile App, go to Settings > Custom Vocabulary.
How it works
- Add preferred spellings for terms you want Plaud to recognize (e.g., OKR, ACME Pro X, customer-specific names).
- Custom Vocabulary is applied to future transcriptions associated with your account/workspace (including synced Desktop recordings, once processed).
Tips and limitations
- Enter terms exactly as you want them to appear; add common variants if people pronounce or spell them differently.
- If a term still transcribes incorrectly, confirm the recording language is correct and that the vocabulary entry is saved in the right workspace/account.
