When to use this article
Use this guide if the Auto-generated output is incomplete (missing parts of the transcript/summary) or misaligned (content appears out of order or doesn’t match the audio segments).
Common cause
- The audio is too short, which may lead to partial or unstable Auto Generation results.
What to do
1) Check the recording length
- Make sure the recording is longer than 5 minutes.
2) Re-generate the output
- Open the recording in the Mobile App/web.
- Select Auto Generation (or Re-generate if shown).
- Wait until the status shows Completed.
- Review the new output to confirm it is complete and aligned.
3) Try again with a longer recording (recommended)
- If the current recording is under 5 minutes, please record a new audio longer than 5 minutes and run Auto Generation again.
