Battery Low shown even when NotePin S is fully charged

Symptoms

• The app shows Battery Low even though the device is fully charged

This usually means the battery level display needs recalibration.

Steps

1. Use the Plaud NotePin S until it fully discharges.
2. Charge it again until the indicator light turns green.

After one full discharge and full charge cycle, the battery level should display correctly.
