Symptoms
- The Search entry is missing on Plaud Web, or it appears at some times and disappears at others. This is expected behavior because Search is in a pre-release phased testing stage and is being rolled out gradually. It does not mean there is a problem with your account, and your data and account security are not affected.
Steps

Search availability may change from time to time during phased testing. You do not need to change any setting or reinstall anything. We will share updates once Search becomes officially available to everyone.
If the issue persists
If you believe Search should be available to you and it is still missing after the phased rollout, submit a request and include the following so our support team can investigate:
- The account email you use on Plaud Web
- The browser and version you are using
- A screenshot of your Plaud Web screen showing where Search is expected
