Ask Plaud can turn your meeting notes into a visual infographic — making it easy to share key takeaways with your team in seconds.
What is Infographic?
The Infographic is a visual summary of your meeting notes. It pulls out the key points, decisions, and action items from your transcript and presents them in a clean, shareable infographic format.
You can use infographics to:
- Share meeting highlights with people who couldn't attend.
- Create a quick visual recap for your team.
- Save time on writing up meeting summaries manually.

Limits and tips for infographics
- Results may vary. Generating an infographic multiple times for the same note may produce slightly different layouts and summaries, since the AI rephrases content each time.
- Button not showing? If you don't see Generate an infographic, make sure you're viewing the Notes tab for a recording that has a completed transcript.
- Content source. The infographic is generated from your Notes, not from the raw transcript. Make sure Notes are available before generating.
- Not editable. The generated infographic is an image and cannot be edited directly within the app. To make changes, regenerate or export and edit externally.
FAQ about infographics
Why does the infographic look different each time I generate it?
Ask Plaud uses AI to summarize and lay out the content. Because of this, each generation may highlight different points or use a different visual arrangement — even for the same note.
Can I download or share the infographic?
Yes. Once the infographic is generated, you can save it to your device or share it directly from the result page.
What counts toward the daily 10-infographic limit?
Each tap on Generate an infographic counts as one use, regardless of whether it's for the same recording or a different one. The limit resets daily at midnight (UTC).
I tapped Generate an infographic but nothing happened. What should I do?
- Confirm your recording has Notes available (not just a transcript).
- Check your internet connection.
- Try closing and reopening the recording.
- If the issue persists, restart the Plaud app and try again.
