Symptoms
- Wi-Fi Fast Transfer fails or does not complete when moving recordings from your device to the Plaud App.
- This issue can be caused by several factors, so try the steps below in order.
Steps
- Toggle your phone's Wi-Fi. Turn it off and turn it on again.
- Restart your phone. Then try the transfer again.

Forget the Plaud Wi-Fi. Open your phone's Wi-Fi settings and delete (forget) the Plaud Wi-Fi network.
If the issue persists
If Wi-Fi Fast Transfer still fails after the steps above, submit a request and include the following so our support team can investigate:
- Your device model and OS version, plus the Plaud App version.
- The exact error shown in the Plaud App when the transfer failed (a video of the failure is even better).
