Symptoms
- Template search shows no results (an empty list) or an error message when you search.
- This is usually caused by an outdated app version, a temporary app glitch, or an unstable network connection.
Steps
- Confirm the issue. Try searching with a different keyword, such as a common template name, and check whether you see an empty results page or an error message.
- Update the Plaud App. Open the App Store or Google Play and update the Plaud App to the latest version.
- Restart the app. Force close the Plaud App, then reopen it and try template search again.
- Check your network. Make sure you have a stable connection and switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If you use a proxy network, turn it off and try again.
