Symptoms
- The indicator light turns yellow, which means storage is full.
- Plaud NotePin S won't start a new recording, or recording stops unexpectedly.
Plaud NotePin S has 64GB of local storage. Recordings stay on the device until you sync them to the Plaud App. When storage fills up, the device can't save new audio.
Steps
- Open the Plaud App and connect Plaud NotePin S.
- Let the device sync all recordings to the app. Once a recording is synced, it is safely stored in the app and no longer needs to stay on the device.
- After syncing finishes, the device clears its local storage automatically, freeing up space for new recordings.
Checkpoint
Check the indicator light. Once storage is freed, the yellow light clears and you can record again.
If the issue persists
