Find your Plaud One by playing a sound on the case or either earbud. Start it from the Plaud Mobile App when the device is misplaced.
What is Find Plaud One?
Find Plaud One is a feature in the Plaud Mobile App that helps you locate your device by playing a sound on it. The charging case and each earbud can play a sound separately, so you can track down exactly the piece you're missing.
How to find your device?
- Open the Plaud Mobile App and go to your Plaud One's settings.
- Under Find & security, tap Find Plaud One.
- Tap Play sound under the device you want to locate: the charging case, or either earbud. The sound plays right away, and you can tap again to stop it.
Take the earbuds out of your ears before playing a sound on them. The audio can be loud when you're wearing them.

FAQ about Find Plaud One
Does it work when the case is offline?
No. Find Plaud One works over Bluetooth: your phone needs a Bluetooth connection to the charging case, and the case needs a Bluetooth connection to the earbuds. If the piece you're looking for is out of Bluetooth range or powered off, the sound can't play.
Can I locate a single earbud?
Yes. The Find Plaud One screen lists the charging case and each earbud separately, and each has its own Play sound control.
