Yes, you can use just one earbud for music, calls, and recording. Only ANC and the earbud settings menu need both earbuds.
Can I use just one earbud?
Yes. With a single earbud in, you can play music, take calls, record, and talk to the AI assistant. Wear detection still works, so playback pauses when you take the earbud out.
What needs both earbuds?
Two things need the pair:
- Active Noise Cancellation. ANC works only with both earbuds in.
- Earbud settings in the Plaud Mobile App. Noise-cancellation options, sound effects, and control customization need both earbuds connected.
