If your recording list looks empty or incomplete after upgrading, the files are usually still migrating in the background. This guide walks through four checks, quickest first: give migration time, check your network, look in the new file areas, and check Trash and sync status. Background migration still running is the most common cause.
Steps
- Give migration time: local files migrate in the background after the upgrade, so the list can fill in gradually. Keep the Mobile App installed and check back.
- Check your network: a weak connection can load the home screen in a limited state. Move to a stable network, then close and reopen the Mobile App.
- Look in the right place: files are now organized into new areas: meeting recordings appear on the Home view, and other files in Library and its folders. Use global search to find a specific file by name or content.
- Check Trash and sync status: make sure the file wasn't deleted, and confirm Private Cloud Sync was on before the upgrade for files created on another device.
If the issue persists
Submit a request and include the following so our support team can investigate:
- The name or approximate date of a missing recording
- Whether Private Cloud Sync was on before the upgrade
- The issue log from the Mobile App
