Settings is now a full-screen center where every option has a clear home.
What changed in Settings?
Settings is now a full-screen page opened from the side navigation, next to Help center. The old scattered entries are grouped into clear sections:
- Workspace: Personalization, Preferences, Connectors, and Private Cloud Sync.
- Account: Account & security, and Current workspace for switching between your Personal and Team workspaces.
- General: Notifications and Theme.
- Help & support: Plaud Desktop, Refer a friend, Help Center, Share ideas, Privacy & security, and About Plaud.
Sign out sits at the bottom of the page.
Where familiar things moved
- Ask Plaud entries: Chats, Tasks, Routines, and My skills now live together under Ask Plaud in the side navigation.
- My files is now Library, and Trash moved inside it.
- Explore is renamed Tools in the side navigation.
- Subscription details open from the side navigation instead of the top of Settings.

Where are my transcription language settings?
Generation and language preferences live in Settings > Preferences > Transcription & summary, under the Generation section.
